About

Enjoy a classic Raphael’s Afternoon Tea in the company of Richard Churchley.

Join Richard as he shares his love of history and music. He sings well-loved songs from each decade from the 1860s to the 1960s, placing them in their historical context and covering a range of material from music hall songs to The Beatles. He performs with musical accompaniment and encourages audience participation in the choruses. He always hopes the audience learns new facts, but the emphasis is mainly on having fun.

Richard has been a professional musician for many years, both solo and with various bands. He plays many instruments but this afternoon will mainly play the accordion to accompany the songs.

This event is part of Raphael’s Easter Charity Weekend, supporting local good causes, and always a lovely afternoon.

Tickets can also be booked direct with Raphael’s (01386 45460).
